Everything on this site — the service pages, the blog, the answers to common questions — is general health education. It is not medical advice for you, and it cannot take the place of being examined, diagnosed and treated by a clinician who has looked at your foot.

Reading this site does not make you a patient of this practice. Sending the appointment form does not make you a patient either. You become a patient when you are seen in our office.

Do not use this website for an emergency. If you have a foot or ankle injury, a wound that is spreading, red or hot, a fever, or a sudden loss of feeling or color change in your foot, call the office at (914) 423-0600, or call 911, or go to an emergency room. Do not wait for a reply to a web form.

Never delay getting medical care, and never ignore advice your own clinician has given you, because of something you read here.

The form on our contact page is a request for a call back. It is not a confirmed appointment, and nobody is watching it around the clock. We aim to call you back the next business day. If you have not heard from us, please call the office.

Please do not type detailed medical information into that form. Give us your name and phone number and we will call you.

Reviews are submitted voluntarily by patients through the form on our review page. Our staff reads each one before it goes up, and only approved reviews appear on the site. A published review shows the first name and last initial the patient typed, their star rating, their review, and the date.

A review describes one person's experience. Foot and wound problems differ a great deal from patient to patient, and someone else's result is not a promise of your result.

If you submitted a review and want it taken down, call or email us and we will remove it. Our details are at the bottom of this page.

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages for your own personal use. The text, photographs and logo belong to Westchester Podiatric Medicine and should not be republished commercially without our permission.

Please do not try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, and please do not send anything false, abusive or unlawful through our forms.

Some pages link to services we do not control. Our new-patient forms are hosted on Google Drive, and the map on our contact page comes from Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links, the other company's terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep this site accurate, and our health articles are published under Dr. Marzano's review. Even so, medical knowledge changes, and we cannot promise that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. Office hours, the insurance plans we take, and the services we offer can all change — please call the office to confirm anything you are relying on.

We provide this website as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and, so far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. This does not limit our responsibilities to you as a patient for the care we actually provide, which is a separate matter governed by law and by our professional obligations.

We want this site to work for patients who use a screen reader, who navigate with a keyboard, or who need larger text. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat an accessibility problem as a bug to be fixed rather than a request to be considered.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York. The practice is in Scarsdale, New York, and Dr. Marzano is licensed to practice podiatric medicine in New York State.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. The version posted here is the one that applies.
