What to Bring to Your Appointment

Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know our Podiatrists. We accept most insurances.

Please arrive early so that we can complete your initial paperwork. Also, please bring the following:

  • Please arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment to complete any remaining paperwork.

  • Patients photo ID

  • If you have previous medical records or imaging results, please bring them to your appointment.

  • Patient's insurance card

  • List of patient’s current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

    CHECK-IN

    Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any remaining paperwork. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications.

    CONSULTATION

    Dr. Marzano will review your medical history and discuss your symptoms and concerns. This is a good time to ask any questions you may have about your foot or ankle condition.

  • 3

    EXAMINATION

    Dr. Marzano will perform a thorough examination of your feet and ankles. This may include testing your range of motion, checking your reflexes, and evaluating your foot.

    TREATMENT PLAN

    Based on the examination, Dr. Marzano will provide a diagnosis and recommend a personalized treatment plan. He will explain all options and answer any questions you may have.
